We carry a range of products designed for basement conversion and for new build basements and existing basement conversions. The systems include cavity drain membranes by Wykamol, Delta and John Newton, Cement based slurries and additives by Wykamol, Triton Chemicals and Delta, sheet materials by Fosroc.

The design can be undertaken by our specialist design service to ensure the products purchased will be effective in keep your Basement conversion or new basement free from water ingress. The Cavity drain system allows any ingression of water to drain away via natural drainage or into the channel system away to a sump chamber and can be pumped away if no natural drainage is available.
